 A Girl and chick on the rocket highlights contrast between vulnerability and powerful objects. A chick is lying down on the rocket and looks dead and a rocket is launched, flying in the sky. This chick represents a helpless figure that is harassed by domestication for producing food. I express that a girl is frightening on the rocket that is symbol of masculine. I sometimes think of gender discrimination and conflict between man and woman. It is related to Secon wave feminism. Women’s liberation movement accomplish the employment problem. Women can have non- traditional jobs such as engineers and doctors. But women face discrimination in the aerospace industry at present. I express similarity between chick and female, which is vulnerable to violence and harassment.
