Falling autumn leaves
I was inspired by‘art nouveau’ that consists of organic shapes in design. Falling leaves has metaphor of renewal. In the autumn, the tree shed leaves in process of renewal, preparing for sprouting in the spring. Likewise, our bodies replace billions of cells everyday. Small cells have short life span so these are replace with new cells created in our bodies. I depict fluid form of falling autumn leaves, capturing shaking moment of leaves by wind. I sometimes meditate and think of renewing myself while seeing fallen leaves.
